Every subscription and every bill, in one list
See what leaves.
Know whatβs left.
Rent, power, the gym, the streaming nobody cancelled. Pairly keeps every recurring charge in one place, adds it up, and tells you what you can actually spend. Share a place? It splits the shared ones too.
Two minutes to set up. Free for 14 days, no card to start.
No bank login, ever. You decide what goes in.

Example figures. Pairly only ever shows numbers you put in yourself.
What you get out of it
Three answers. That is the whole app.
Not a dashboard to maintain. What is going out, what that leaves you, and where it all went. In that order, because that is the order the questions arrive in.
What is actually going out of your account this month?
Rent, power, the phone, the gym, and the six subscriptions that renewed while nobody was looking. You type each one in once and Pairly keeps the list from then on.
One total at the top, every charge under it, and the date the next one lands. Nothing is connected to a bank, so nothing appears that you did not put there.

What can we spend today without wrecking the month?
Rent, the power bill, the standing order to savings, everything already spent. It all comes off the top before you see a penny of it.
What is left is a number you can use standing at a till. A monthly total never was one. Nobody in a shop is deciding whether to spend $3,542 this month.

Where does it all go? No score, no grade, no telling off.
Everything that leaves lands in a color and a shape, so a month is something you look at rather than something you read.
Pairly shows you where it went and stops. It will never call a purchase wasteful, and it will never compare you to an average you did not ask about.
- Home69% of the month$2,432
- Food12% of the month$440
- Getting around8% of the month$298

Alex and Sam are invented. The figures are what Pairlyβs own math does with their made-up month, so nothing here is a claim about anybody real.
Why we built this
Nobody knows what they actually pay.
Money leaves every month on a schedule nobody set, from a list nobody keeps. Then it is the 28th and you are wondering where it all went.
$133
a month more than people think they spend on subscriptions. Asked to guess, they said $86. Counted one by one, it came to $219.

You cannot cancel what you cannot see. Pairly is the list, kept for you.
Fifteen minutes. Then it minds itself.
One sitting, on a Sunday, with a coffee. After that it just sits there being right.

Spend what is left
One number for today, with all of it already taken off the top. Sharing with somebody? Invite them and the shared ones split themselves.
The number, every month
And if somebody else pays half?
Invite them. They get their own page with their own salary, you keep yours, and the shared pot sits between the two. Split it down the middle or by what you each earn.
Nothing merges. Your account stays yours, theirs stays theirs, and one subscription covers the whole place.

Privacy
Nothing to leak, because nothing is here.
Most money apps want your bank login before they will show you a single number. Pairly never asks. That is not a limitation we are apologising for, it is the whole design.
- No login to stealThere is no bank connection, so there is no password of yours sitting on our side to lose.
- Your card never touches usWe never see a card number, and nothing about what you bought arrives on its own.
- You type what countsPairly knows the fifteen or so things you decided to tell it. There is no feed underneath.
- Yours to take backExport it or delete it whenever. Stopping paying never deletes anything either.
The free apps are free because that connection is the business model. Pairly connects to nothing, so the only thing we have to sell is the product.

One at $12.99 a month is $155.88 a year, which covers 3.2 years of this.
An illustrative example, not a prediction. Pairly only ever counts savings from things you have marked yourself, so the number you see in the app is your own arithmetic.

Publicly listed prices, checked August 2026. Other apps change theirs.
The questions we get asked most.
Does Pairly find my subscriptions for me?
No, and that is the trade. Apps that find them for you do it by reading your bank feed, which means handing over a bank login. You add yours from a list of the usual ones, with prices already filled in, which takes a couple of minutes once. After that Pairly keeps them, totals them, and tells you when the next one lands.
Does Pairly connect to my bank?
No, and it never will. There is no bank login, no linked card, and no transaction feed. Pairly only knows what one of you typed into it.
Can I use it on my own?
Yes, and plenty of people do. The list of what leaves your account every month is the same job whether one person or three are on it. Sharing is something you can add later by inviting somebody, and nothing about the product changes until you do.
Do we need a joint account?
No. Everybody keeps their own accounts, exactly as they are. Pairly is the shared picture on top, not a shared wallet underneath.
Do I have to enter every purchase?
No. Pairly asks for about fifteen things: what everyone earns, the rent, the regular bills, the subscriptions, and what you are saving for. Most of that you fill in once. Everyday spending is optional.
Can the other people in my space see everything?
Inside your shared space, yes, and that is rather the point. What stays private is everything you never enter, because Pairly connects to no accounts and nothing arrives on its own. Marking an expense personal keeps it out of the split, but the others can still see it.
Why isn't Pairly free, like the other apps?
Free budgeting apps are usually free because they connect to your bank. That connection is the business model. Pairly connects to nothing, so the only thing we have to sell is the product itself.
What does it cost, and do I need a card to start?
Your first 14 days are free and you do not need a card to begin. After that it is $4.99 a month or $47.88 a year, and one subscription covers everyone in your space.
How much could we actually save?
Our launch benchmark is $100 a month. Average savings are a current Pairly marketing benchmark. Individual results vary. Pairly only ever counts savings from things you have marked yourself, so the number you see is your own arithmetic and not a prediction.
What happens after the trial, and can we cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you stop paying, your Pairly Space stays exactly where it is and nothing is deleted. You just need an active subscription to open it again.
Ask the people who built it.
