$133 a month more on subscriptions than people think they spend. Pairly is the list.

Refunds and cancellation

Effective August 27, 2026.

The short version: cancelling takes one button, nothing is ever deleted for cancelling, and if you paid for something you did not use, write to us and we will give it back.

Cancelling

Open Plan in the product and press cancel. That is the whole process. It is the same place and the same way you subscribed, it works from a phone, and it does not ask you to email anybody, call anybody, sit through an offer, or say why.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the space closes to new sign-ins.

What happens to your data

Nothing. Cancelling does not delete anything, and neither does a failed payment or an expired trial. Export keeps working without a subscription, so you can take a full copy at any point, including after you have cancelled. The only thing that deletes your Pairly Space is you deleting it in Settings.

When we refund

Outside of those, a period already paid for is not usually refunded, because you had access to it. If you think your situation deserves one anyway, ask. A person reads every message and there is no policy script to hide behind.

How to ask

Use the contact form and say what happened. Every message gets a reply within one business day. An approved refund goes back through Stripe to the card it came from, and how quickly it appears is up to your bank, usually five to ten business days.

Before you pay anything

Pairly gives every new space 14 days of full access with no card required, so nothing is charged unless you decide to subscribe afterwards. That is the part of this page we would rather you used: the trial exists so that a refund conversation never has to happen.

Prices are $4.99 per month or $47.88 per year for the whole household, and a subscription renews automatically until cancelled. The terms have the detail.
